The salaries of employees who work in conditions of intense shelling have been increased!

This also applies to civil servants.The essence of the innovations is as follows:1. For employees, provide for the possibility of doubling the amount of the allowance for work during intense shelling in the territories where active hostilities are taking place, calculated per month in proportion to the working days when the shelling took place.The list of works for which such an allowance is paid will be determined by the head of the regional military administration.

2. For civil servants who work in special conditions in the territories of active hostilities during intense shelling, salaries shall be determined taking into account the coefficient of 3 per month in proportion to the working days when the shelling took place.At the same time, the list of employees will be agreed with the relevant regional military administration.

The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Reintegration to fulfill the mandate of the Prime Minister of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy.
